Get to know Ulvik alongside someone that knows the town like their own back-pocket! The tour starts in the heart of Ulvik and you paddle along the shore before reaching an islet in the Hardanger fjord. Here, both fun and educational activities await. The experienced guide will teach and demonstrate basic survival skills such as making shelter, making a campfire, and finding and identifying edible plants.
After a recreational and educational time on the islet with bonfires, beautiful nature and lots of fun, it's time for a lunch break before returning to the kayaks. There is no requirement for prior knowledge. Children over the age of five in generally good shape are welcome to participate accompanied by an adult. This is, in other words, a kayak tour suitable for everyone.
